John Houston will make a presentation on what is commonly referred to as the Houston Period in Inuit art (1948-1962). He will share some anecdotes about his family living with the Canadian Inuit during the formative years of contemporary Inuit art. John's lecture will also cover the contributions of his parents and his present work as a filmmaker and Arctic guide.
